KrisI have been training with Josh following the Barbarian Strength training system to improve my relative strength for MMA. As an MMA athlete, it is important to be as strong as possible, pound for pound. On this program I have been able to significantly increase my strength while staying in my weight class. I am now as strong as guys in weight classes heavier then me but as quick as anyone in my own. In my opinion, this was one of the key factors in my first MMA victory.

EricI have been competing in Strongman competitions since 2005, but I began using the Barbarian Strength System just last year (2008). Since beginning this program not only have my big lifts (deadlift, squat, and overhead press) been improving much more quickly, but I have put on about 20 lbs of muscle and my body fat percentage is lower. I am looking forward to qualifying at the Ontario’s Strongest Man competition this year!
